Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We deliver within Sweden as well as internationally to selected countries. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days

  • Outside Sweden: 4–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, high order volumes, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of a significant delay not caused by you, you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation (including tracking information where applicable).

The risk for the goods transfers to you once you have received them.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Standard shipping:

  • SEK 79 within Sweden

  • SEK 219 internationally

Free shipping:

  • Free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 799

  • Free international shipping on orders over SEK 1,580

If an order needs to be delivered in multiple shipments, no additional standard shipping fee will be charged.

4. Delivery Methods

We use established carriers and deliver to:

  • Pickup point / parcel collection point

5. Uncollected Parcels

Parcels not collected within the specified time at the pickup point will be returned to us.

For uncollected parcels, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged, corresponding to our actual costs for:

  • Shipping to the customer

  • Return shipping

  • Administrative handling

An uncollected parcel is not considered a valid cancellation. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation.

6. Damage During Transport

If you discover transport damage, you should:

  • Report the damage directly to the pickup point or carrier

  • Contact us at info@tailliving.com as soon as possible

We will assist you in resolving the matter through a replacement or refund.

7. Responsibility for Delivery

The risk for the goods transfers to you when you or a person designated by you has received the goods.

If a parcel is lost during transport, we are responsible for investigating the matter and, in the event of confirmed loss, offering a replacement or refund.
