1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made by you (the “Customer”, “you”) from Tail Living AB, reg. no. 559410-8697 (“Tail Living”, “we”, “us”) via www.tailliving.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship; or
  • Be at least 16 years old when purchasing gift cards;
  • Not be purchasing in the capacity of a company (unless otherwise agreed);
  • Provide a valid delivery address.

A binding purchase agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, stock levels, product descriptions, or technical specifications. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious errors.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on the Website at the time of your order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Prices and payment

The prices listed on Tailliving.com include statutory value added tax (VAT) where applicable and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase confirmation.

Standard shipping fees:

  • SEK 79 (within Sweden)
  • SEK 219 (outside Sweden)

Free shipping applies:

  • Within Sweden on orders over SEK 799
  • Outside Sweden on orders over SEK 1,580

If an order needs to be delivered in multiple shipments, no additional standard shipping fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Each order must amount to at least SEK 1.

3. Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days
  • Outside Sweden: 4–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs handling, high seasonal demand, or other unforeseen events.

If a delay occurs and is not due to you, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with mandatory consumer legislation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation (including tracking information where applicable).

Risk of loss passes to you when you receive the goods.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. Tail Living voluntarily extends this period to 30 days from the date you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period by email to: info@tailliving.com

You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice, provided that we have received the goods or proof that they have been returned. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may deduct compensation for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Custom-made products

5. Complaints

If a product is defective, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).

You have the right to complain about defects within three (3) years from delivery. Complaints made within two months from discovering the defect are always considered timely.

If a product is deemed defective, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Cancellation and refund (if the defect is significant)

Tail Living will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved complaints.

Please contact us at info@tailliving.com before returning defective goods.

6. Returns

Returned goods must be in substantially unchanged condition. You may examine the product as you would in a physical store.

Items must not be:

  • Damaged
  • Washed
  • Excessively used
  • Missing tags or original packaging (where applicable)

Returns are made according to the instructions provided by our Customer Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, Tail Living is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, war, or transportation disruptions.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Website, including trademarks, logos, images, and text, belong to Tail Living AB or its licensors.

Any use beyond personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

10. Validity of clauses

If one or more provisions of this agreement are invalid or ruled ineffective by any court or regulatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the agreement.
