1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with us at Tail Living AB. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right under Swedish law (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act) to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

  • To cancel your purchase, you must notify us in writing within this period at info@tailliving.com.
  • You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency.
  • Once we receive your cancellation notice, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

3. Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange products within 30 days from the day you received your package. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered (unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact).

Customized or perishable products cannot be returned unless defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@tailliving.com and follow the instructions provided.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

If the package is not picked up and returned to us, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged which includes both shipping and return shipping.

If multiple shipments were required to fulfill your order, no additional standard shipping fee will be charged for subsequent shipments.

5. Refunds

Refunds include the purchase price excluding the shipping costs if the entire order is returned.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive your returned items or proof of shipment.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@tailliving.com.

We will arrange a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

7. Non-Pickup / Uncollected Parcels

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If a parcel is not collected within the specified time at the pickup point and is returned to us, we will charge a fee corresponding to our actual costs, covering:

  • Shipping cost to the customer
  • Return shipping to us
  • Handling of the return

Note: An uncollected parcel is not automatically considered a cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 14 days in accordance with distance selling regulations.

8. Partial Returns or Exchanges

If you return only part of your order, only the returned items will be refunded.
