Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with Tail Living AB (reg. no. 559410-8697), hereinafter referred to as "Tail", "us" or "we", on the Tail Living website, apps or by telephone (collectively referred to as “Tailliving.com”).
By using Tail Living and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document (“Terms”). Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
Orders can only be placed by persons over the age of 18, who are not under guardianship or acting in the capacity of a company and who have a delivery address in Sweden. Orders with gift cards can be made by persons aged 16 and over.
That products or services are provided on Tail Living at a certain given time does not mean or is a guarantee that these products are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms as necessary, without notifying you in advance. The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the version available on Tail Living at the time you place your order.
Tail Living wants to provide the best online experience possible. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that could harm or have a negative effect on our company, operations, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or use any device that restricts, inhibits, interferes with or completely stops any other user from using or enjoying the Tailliving.com website, or that affects the security of the website or (iii) use any device or attempt to use any search engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Website or copy content from the Website. In the case of users who violate this clause or any other clause of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately deny them access to the Site and terminate their accounts.
2. Prices and fees
The prices listed on Tailliving.com are inclusive of statutory value added tax, and excluding shipping costs.
The shipping cost for each order may vary depending on the size or weight of the items ordered. The cost of different delivery methods is clearly indicated during the ordering process at checkout. Our standard shipping cost is SEK 49, but for some bulky products the standard shipping cost is SEK 249. If we cannot deliver all the goods in your order at the same time, but have to split it into several deliveries, we will not charge additional shipping costs for subsequent standard deliveries.
3. Order/establishment of agreement
Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation, provided you have provided us with your email address. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method you used when placing your order.,

Tail Living takes the utmost care when receiving and handling orders and strives to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen, to a residential address or delivery point in Sweden.
Tail Living strives to ship orders as soon as possible and in the order they come in to us.
When you have placed your order, we will also send you an e-mail with information about the expected delivery date, provided that you have provided us with your e-mail address.
5. Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase or return your order from the day of the order itself and up to 30 days after receiving the ordered items. If you have been charged for the order, you will receive a refund that includes Tail Living's standard shipping cost and excludes the return cost of SEK 49, if such return cost has been applicable. If you choose to keep some of the items and only partially cancel your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your purchase or return your order, please notify us in writing, preferably using the pre-printed return form that came with your package. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Alternatively, you can fill in and submit the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form. Regardless of which of the above methods you use, the written notice must be received by us within the 30-day period set out in section 5.1 above. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. We will issue a refund, preferably using the same payment method you used when ordering (or, if payment has not yet been made for the goods in question, ensure the refund is reflected in your account balance), as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice provided we have received the goods back or proof that you have returned the goods.
If you have received a faulty item, you must notify Tail Living immediately and return the item in accordance with Section 6 (Returns) below. For items that we determine to be faulty, Tail Living will issue a full refund. The provisions herein do not limit applicable statutory rights.
Tail Living guarantees a full refund of returned goods in accordance with Section 5 (Right of Withdrawal), provided that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try on the goods) and that any tags and labels are intact.
Leave the goods you wish to return at a delivery point in Sweden.
7. Our responsibility
Tail Living shall not be liable for indirect losses arising out of the principal loss or damage, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities, or for failure to deliver the goods or fulfill any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to, fire, flood, storm, riot or similar disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorism.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on Tail Living is limited to the total amount of your order.
If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from Tailliving.com and have not been able to resolve the dispute with Tail Living, you can submit your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform).
The ODR platform offers consumers and traders in the EU the opportunity to try to resolve disputes about complaints about goods bought online outside of court. The portal is designed as a user-friendly and interactive website that is free of charge and available in all official EU languages. By using the ODR platform, the consumer and trader can find a dispute resolution body and then go through the process to find a solution to the consumer's complaint. 8. Colors and measurements
We strive to show the characteristics of our products, including composition and colors, as accurately as possible. However, the color you see on Tail living is dependent on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your computer can visually reproduce colors correctly.
If the goods you have purchased are defective, Tail Living applies applicable consumer legislation. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage that has occurred during transport - inform us as soon as possible at email@example.com and return the goods to us.
Tail Living reserves the right to assign or pledge payment claims, including installments, that have arisen in connection with the delivery of the goods to third parties.
11. Validity of clauses
If one or more provisions of this agreement are invalid or ruled ineffective by any court or regulatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the agreement.
12. Holder of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on Tailllving.com belong to Tail Living AB and licensors. Any use of Tailliving.com or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Tail Living.
